1. Reseller & Distributor Status

Hype Beauties is an independent retailer and distributor, not a manufacturer. All products sold on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers via AutoDS. We do not design, engineer, produce, or independently test any of the products we sell.

Under the EU Product Liability Directive (85/374/EEC) and Dutch Civil Code Art. 6:185, primary product liability rests with the manufacturer. As a distributor, our liability is limited to cases where the manufacturer or importer cannot be identified within a reasonable time upon request.
